Refund Policy – Hosting Any Where

At HostingAnywhere, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-performance services, but if you’re not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the service and the time of cancellation.


1. General Refund Terms

 
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 30 business days.

  • Refund requests must be submitted through your client area or via our support team.

  • Renewal payments, domain registrations, and third-party services are non-refundable.


2. Web Hosting & VPS Hosting

 

You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase of:

  • Shared Hosting plans

  • Business Email Hosting

  • VPS Hosting plans

Note: Renewal payments are not refundable. Upgrades or add-ons to plans may be eligible based on case-by-case review.


3. Domain Name Registration

Domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable, due to registrar policies.

However:

  • If a domain name is not registered successfully, we will issue a full refund.

  • Domain privacy or protection add-ons are also non-refundable.


4. Business Email Services

 

Business email hosting plans are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee, only for first-time purchases. Renewals and additional mailboxes are not refundable.


5. Conditions for Refunds

 

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You violate our Terms of Service

  • You request a refund after 30 days

  • Services were terminated due to abuse, fraud, or spam

All refunds are issued back to the original payment method.


6. How to Request a Refund

 
  1. Login to your HostingAnywhere dashboard

  2. Navigate to “Support” → “Chat”

  3. Choose “Billing” as the category and explain your request

Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
