• HostingAnywhere may, but is not required to, send reminders before domain expiration.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, HostingAnywhere does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen downtime may occur.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

  You may terminate at any time by canceling your services through your account dashboard.

Subject to the arbitration clause below (if any), the courts at Panchkula, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
